Ebony Chopsticks "Cherry blossoms" (Handmade in Iwate)

This chopsticks are handmade by well-experienced Japanese craftspeople.
This is made of Ebony tree, and a part of Cherry blossoms is made of Ear shell.

We have 2 types "Purple heart" and "Ebony" available, which are beautifully expressed by the outstanding Japanese traditional technique of inlaid work using shells.
The craftspeople carved the surface of wood very delicately into the shapes of the blossoms and leaves, and then they inlaid shells into the wood.

FYI in the attached pictures, the words written on the papers around the chopsticks read "handmade inlay chopsticks" in Japanese, and the sticker in the left says "cloudy ebony."

<Handling Instraction>

These items cannot be washed in dishwashing machines, put in dish dryers or heat in microwave ovens.

Please be careful not to put these in water for a long time in order to prevent them from stains, deformation, flaking or other kinds of damage.
