These beautiful red and black colored bowls with the engraved design of pine needles, which are decorated with gold leaf, were made by well-experienced craftspeople in Ishikawa prefecture in Japan with a traditional and outstanding technique of making long-lasting lacquerware called "Wajima-nuri."
Ishikawa is very famous for lacquer work, and a lot of high-quality lacquerware is produced.
The bowls come in the following 2 colors:
#1. Black outside / Red inside
#2. Red outside / Black inside
